General Policies


Length of stay - A minimum 2-night stay is required, a 3-night stay during holiday weekends, and 7-day discounted rates may be available.

Covid 19 Precautions - During the current pandemic, we are thoroughly sanitizing between guests. All bookings will be refundable if canceled due to a Covid-related shutdown

Payment Schedule - A 20% deposit is taken upon booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations / Refunds - 95% refund with 30day+ cancellation notice, 70% refund with 21day+ notice, and 40% refund with 14day+ notice.

Cleaning fee - A $325 cleaning fee will be added to every stay. An additional $25 will be added for every guest over 10.

Damage Deposit - We do not charge a damage deposit on your card prior to check-in. Your rental agreement includes a "virtual" security deposit that authorizes us to charge your credit card for damages (in excess of normal use) to the property up to $500.

Pets - Pets are allowed in certain circumstances with prior approval. Please provide age, weight, and breed/mix when requesting approval. The additional pet cleaning fee is $100 per approved pet.

Non-smoking - There are plenty of outside areas to indulge in smoking pleasures, but please don’t smoke inside.

Age Requirement - Minimum Rental Age of 25

Maximum Occupancy - 8. No events or parties are permitted without prior approval.

Check-in and Check-out - Detailed instructions and directions will be given upon confirmed reservation. Check-in after 4 pm and Check-out before 10 am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out may be available with prior approval but must be requested in advance.

Privacy - Your privacy is important to us, we will never share or disclose your identifiable information with any third party, other for payment processing (which uses encrypted technology) or as required by law.
